Living Awareness Circles offer a regular in-depth experience of inspiration, guidance and support. This study group is invaluable in helping you integrate the qualities of love into everyday life, and in assisting you to maintain a rhythm in your spiritual life and practice. We start with Georgia’s Heartcentering Music, then meditation, sharing a teaching and discussing it in the group, or sharing poems from the Sufi Mystics and reflecting on their deep relevance in how to travel on this path of love with more understanding and mindfulness and heart.
