AND RETREATS 2010 All Saturdays of Renewal and Retreats are held at Heartcentre in Wentworth Falls INTRODUCING OUR FRIEND IN SPIRIT Since 1988 we have been receiving guidance from an unseen teacher whom we call Our Friend in Spirit. Whilst Susan is in deep meditation she is able to open herself to the specific vibration of Our Friend and transmit Our Friend’s beautiful and inspiring teachings. Our Friend’s guidance is practical, free of dogma and gender inclusive, and is filled with the vibration of unconditional love. She is a true Friend on the path - whatever your path may be. Her wisdom is universal and applicable no matter what path you are on. HeartWaves, our biannual mail out, includes teachings from Our Friend. Georgia and Susan draw upon Our Friend’s teachings in the Circles and we are gifted to hear her speak directly during the Days of Renewal and the extended Retreats. If you have any questions about thi s please feel free to talk with Susan or if you would like to receive any copies of Our Friend’s previous answers to questions, please ask. A collection of over 1,000 of her sacred and inspiring sayings are contained in a most precious book,‘Pearls from the Ocean of Love’. Susan and Georgia have compiled this book with sayings taken from the numerous teachings given by Our Friend since 1988. This book is a profound source of wisdom, love and practical guidance and can be used as an oracle, or to dip into whenever you need some spiritual sustenance.

Find under the heading 'HeartWaves' *AUGUST: DAY OF RENEWAL ’Your spirit is constantly breathing warm gusts of love into your atmosphere, fresh air into your atmosphere, trying to comfort you, trying to make its presence felt.’ When you surrender yourself into working in relationship with your spirit you open up a tremendous potential for guidance, freedom and fulfilment. The presence of your spirit is a magnetic force in itself which is constantly trying to get your attention. Our Friend will help us recognise the call to a deeper relationship with our loving spirit. *SEPTEMBER: DAY OF RENEWAL ‘Forgiveness is not about assessing who is right and who is wrong. It is about purifying one's own being’. Forgiveness is an essential quality to practice both with the little things and the major hurts of life. Through forgiveness work we free ourselves not only from the past and the people we need to forgive but we also create a more gentle atmosphere within our own energetic sphere - this is a tremendous blessing. Our Friend will teach about forgiveness and its importance in our quest for spiritual freedom. *OCTOBER: DAY OF RENEWAL ’When you come into your deep heart and let yourself surrender into the expansive, deep well you have there, you can cast your fear into that well and let it dissolve in that warm, deep, radiant pool.’ Too often we withdraw from surrendering because of our fear of losing control. The truth is that surrender actually has a lightness and aliveness to it, it is open. It feels empowering and safe and can lead to tremendous joy and liberation. Our Friend’s invitation will assist us in surrendering the fear that blocks the way. *NOVEMBER: DAY OF RENEWAL ’Give yourself the time to contemplate the state of your life, to evaluate the level of cooperation which you have with your Spirit.’ Being on a path of love and wanting to live with greater consciousness requires cooperation on every level of your being. How to deepen your cooperation is the theme of this day. Our Friend will teach about the process of cooperation as it applies to creating inner balance, greater harmony and ease of living.
